Photo Album

Thank you for taking the time to look at Kay Wilson's (former owner and originator of Indigo Dive) photo album. Kay is a very keen photographer, and she especially enjoys capturing the underwater world. St. Vincent offers so much choice for underwater photographers, from wide angle to macro. St. Vincent is recognised as the 'Critter Capital' of the Caribbean, and the muck diving is spectacular with lots of weird and wonderful species to discover. But there is so much more both top side and underwater...with this in mind, remember Kay is the photo wizard I only know what a camera looks like...most of the time.  Even though Kay is moving onto to other things, if you need photo assistance we can give her a call any time.

All of the photographs featured within this web site were taken by Kay Wilson, unless specified. When shooting underwater she use a Sea and Sea DX1G with a YS25 strobe. Top side she use a DSLR Nikon D40. Both cameras are 'entry level' within their class, however they both have the ability to take some great shots, it just takes a little perseverance, and a little luck to get the picture that you are after!

If you are interested in investing in undewrwater camera equipment she strongly advises starting with a compact camera, Sea and Sea, Sea Life, Olympus and Nikon have some great camera / housing combinations, but don't forget to put some money to one side for a strobe (underwater flash), as the first rule of underwater photography is 'light is life'!
