Cancellation Policy.
 
 

In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Indigo Dive operates a cancellation policy as follows:

Dives - full payment required to make a booking

30 days or more to dive date - full refund less credit card transaction fee
15 - 29 days - 50% refund
14 - 5 days - 25% refund
Less than 5 days - full amount will be retained *


Dive Packages 

25% deposit is required to secure booking. 
Full payment for dive package should be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.  

30 days or more to arrival date - full refund less credit card transaction fee
15 - 29 days - 50% refund
Less than 14 full amount will be retained* 

 

* Here at Indigo Dive considerable time and effort goes into preparing for your arrival.

Therefore, the following cancellation policies are strictly adhered to for the consideration of the other guests, passengers and crew.

 

  • Any trip cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled start date will be charged a cancellation fee of one-half of the total trip price and the balance will be in the form of a store credit.

  • Please Note: Public Holidays and Special Events will have a 30 day cancellation policy in effect.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for any trip cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled trip.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for parties not showing up for their scheduled trip or class.

  • Cancellations due to bad weather or adverse conditions are made by Indigo Dive management only.

  • Trips cancelled by us are not charged a cancellation fee and a refund or store credit will be issued.
