Bequia, the largest of the Grenadine islands, is only 1 hour away from St. Vincent by
ferry. There are more opportunities to experience drift diving, and interactions with larger peleagics in the waters around
Bequia. The 'must do' dive is The Wall, weather and sea conditions allowing of course. It's possible to take a day trip to
Bequia and still have time for diving, or if you prefer why not stay for a day or 2? You'll
find a wide selection of restaurants, and some lovely little gift shops. Quiet beaches and yachts in the bay make this a favorite
with visitors. The Bequia Easter Regatta is the last big party on the island for the year, with boat races, and lots of fun
for all ages. People come from all over the world to participate, so if you plan to visit during this time reservations should
be made well in advance. During the summer months the island is very quiet, waiting for the yachties to return at the end
of October. We are happy to be working with Dive Bequia and the Gingerbread Hotel to offer a twin center option. Prices start at the Gingerbread Hotel US$145 per night (inclusive of taxes and service
charges) based on 2 sharing. Depending on the number of dives that you would like to undertake prices start from US$55 per
dive inclusive of equipment rental. Please allow an additional US$20 per person to cover
transfers to and from your hotel in St. Vincent to the ferry terminal, and the cost of the return ferry to and from St. Vincent.
